DIRECTIONS TO MERCHANTSAUTO.COM Stadium (home of the NH Fishercats)
From the North and South via I-93
Take I-93 South to I-293 South. Follow I-293S and take Exit #6. As you follow
the exit, bear right and stay to the right as you follow the wide turn around
until it intersects with the Amoskeag Bridge (the Ramada Inn will be on the
right). Turn right onto the bridge, stay to the right as you go over the river,
then exit to the right onto the Canal Street ramp. Follow Canal St. until it
intersects with Granite St. Take a right onto Granite St. and immediately move
into the left lane. At light take a left on South Commercial Street. Please
follow the brown FISHER CATS BALLPARK signs. The ballpark is directly ahead.
From the East
Follow Route 101 heading west to I-93 South. Go about half a mile and stay
right, exiting onto I-293 North (right hand exit off I-93S - this exit is not
numbered).
Once on I-293N, go past the Mall of NH and Brown Avenue (airport) exits. After
crossing the river, stay to the right as I-293N bears right. Follow I-293N and
take Exit #5 (Granite Street). Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Granite
Street. Take a right onto South Commercial Street. Please follow the brown
FISHER CATS BALLPARK signs. The ballpark is directly ahead.
From Route 3 (Everett Turnpike)
Follow Route 3 to the Everett Turnpike heading north. Just south of Manchester,
this road becomes I-293 North. Follow I-293N and take Exit 5 (Granite Street).
Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Granite Street. Take a right onto
South Commercial Street. Please follow the brown FISHER CATS BALLPARK signs. The
ballpark is directly ahead.
One other option we strongly recommend is to get off at Exit 4 and follow the
signs to the new ballpark via Elm Street. This will help avoid traffic
conjestion on 293.
From the West
Take Route 101 East to Route 293 North. Follow I-293N and Take Exit 5 (Granite
Street). Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Granite Street. Take a right
onto South Commercial Street. Please follow the brown FISHER CATS BALLPARK
signs. The ballpark is directly ahead.
PARKING OPTIONS FOR
MERCHANTSAUTO.COM STADIUM
There are plenty of parking options surrounding
MERCHANTSAUTO.COM Stadium. There is no dedicated parking lot specifically for
the ballpark but private businesses and municipal parking lots are available
within a ten-block radius. Private businesses charge varying prices for parking
and the municipal lots charge by the hour. There are many streets that have
metered parking. The meters are $.25 per hour Monday-Friday until 8 PM. Metered
spaces are free on weekends.
Parking will be difficult to find when there are events at the Verizon Wireless
Arena during Fisher Cats baseball games. The business community will dominate
local parking during our six weekday games during the season.
In compliance with ADA ratios and codes there are designated handicapped parking
spaces in front of MERCHANTSAUTO.COM Stadium. Luxury Suite Owners have a
designated parking area. That map is listed below. The New Hampshire Fisher Cats
do not control any parking in the area and will not be held responsible for any
liability issues resulting from any parking experiences.
We encourage fans to park away from the ballpark as opposed to trying to find a
space as close as possible. Traffic will be difficult to manage if you attempt
to go down South Commercial Street. There is LIMITED parking there. Please look
to park AWAY from the ballpark. Please give equal consideration to your
departure as well as your arrival. GET THERE EARLY.
Individuals needing assistance can use the cul-de-sac in front of
MERCHANTSAUTO.COM Stadium as a drop-off and pick up point. Please make note that
it will be a challenging process until a routine is developed.
THE MANCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL ASSIST WITH THE TRAFFIC FLOW BEFORE AND
AFTER GAMES. THEIR INTENTION IS TO MOVE TRAFFIC AS SWIFTLY AS POSSIBLE WHILE
MANAGING PEDESTRIANS.
