Gillette Stadium Event Ticket Information
The ticket office is located at the northwest
corner of the stadium, to the right of the Pro Shop.
All fans regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
Box office hours:
Non Event Days - Monday - Saturday; 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
Concerts - 3 hours before the start of the show until one hour into the show

Payment Methods
Cash is the only accepted form of payment on an event day.
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted on non-event days.
Will Call
Will call is located at the Ticket Office. Will Call is open on event days 3
hours prior to the start of the event.
Tickets left at Will Call can only be released to the person whose name appears
on the Will Call Ticket Envelope.
Photo identification is required. Individuals are not allowed to leave tickets
at Will Call for another party to pick up,
and individuals must pick up all tickets left for him/her.
Disabled Seating
Disabled seating is available on all levels and at all price points in the
stadium.

Directions to Gillette Stadium:
From Boston: Interstate
93 South (S.E. Expressway) to Interstate 95 South;
Take Interstate 95 South to Exit 9 (Wrentham) onto Route 1 South.
Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium (on the left).
From Cape Cod:
Interstate 495 North to Exit 14A onto Route 1 North.
Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium (on the right).
From Maine, New Hampshire:
Interstate 128 South to Interstate 95 South;
Exit 9 onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to
Gillette Stadium (on the left).
From Northern Connecticut, Vermont,
Upstate New York: Interstate 90 East (Massachusetts
Turnpike)
to Route 495 South; Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North
approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium (on the right).
From Southern Connecticut, Rhode
Island: Interstate 95 North to Interstate 495 North;
Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to
Gillette Stadium (on the right)
| Prohibited Items List
To ensure that all fans have a safe and
enjoyable visit to Gillette Stadium, the following items may not be carried
into the stadium:
- Bags of any kind, excluding small hand held purses, and plastic
carrier bags carrying purchases made at the ProShop. Contents of these
bags will be inspected.
- Purses larger than an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper will NOT be allowed
into the stadium.
- Cameras with detachable lenses. All video cameras are also prohibited.
Cameras that do not have detachable lenses are allowed, however, they will
be checked.
- Electrical items such as small transistor radios, small TV monitors,
audio recording equipment, cell phones etc will be allowed through the
gates, how- ever, you will be required to turn on the equipment to ensure
it is what it appears to be.
- Seat cushions will be allowed into the stadium after they have been
thoroughly checked by security.
- Binoculars will be allowed into the stadium, the binoculars will be
checked first to ensure they are what they appear to be; any binocular
case will be checked.
- Flags will be allowed access into the stadium, however, flag poles
over 2 feet in length will not be
- Any alcoholic beverages
- Weapons of any kind [including knives]
- Food or beverages [unless the individual is in possession of a letter
signed by Mark Briggs, Director of Security]
- Illegal drugs and any other illegal substance
- Coolers or containers, including cans and bottles
- Umbrellas
- Fireworks or pyrotechnics
- Animals, except service animals assisting those with disabilities
- Strollers or baby seats
- Folding, stand alone, chairs
- Noise makers
- Bullhorns, air horns
- Helium balloons
- Beach balls
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by stadium management
